Privacy Policy

Repi is an app for learning English words through notifications. It is built to work without an account and to collect as little about you as possible.
What stays on your device
Your chosen levels and topics, the notification schedule, per-word progress, your own dictionary and your study statistics are kept in the phone's storage only. Answers you give straight from the notification shade are stored there too. None of this leaves the device unless you sign in.
Signing in is optional
The app works fully without an account. The only sign-in method is Sign in with Apple. If you use it, we receive your Apple account identifier and your email address — including the private relay address if you chose to hide your email. The app never sees your Apple ID password.
What goes to the cloud after sign-in
Once signed in, three things are synced to Supabase, which hosts the app's database: your per-word progress, your own dictionary and your learning settings. This serves exactly one purpose — so none of it is lost when you reinstall the app or change phones. Access is restricted at the database level: only your own account can read your records.
What we do not do
The app contains no ads, no analytics, no usage trackers and no advertising identifiers. We do not collect information about your device, location, contacts or other apps, we do not build an advertising profile, and we do not share or sell data to third parties.
Notifications
Notifications are scheduled by the app on your phone. There are no server-sent push notifications, and notification content never leaves the device.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account together with all cloud data inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Data kept on the phone is removed when you delete the app.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated text will appear in the app and at this same link, and the date at the top of the page will change.
